Racquetball/Handball Court Rates
Racquetball/handball court fees are $3.00/hour. All youth members pay ½ price.
Please Remember! All court fees must be paid before your play. Come in a couple of minutes early and help with the smooth operation of our front desk. If necessary, bills will be sent with a $2.00 billing fee.
Eyeguards Mandatory -
Handball & Racquetball
YMCA policy states that eyeguards are now mandatory for racquetball & handball. Eyeguards are available at front desk for sale or rental.

All corporations are invited to participate in leagues of their own. All registration is done on site at local corporations. If your business would be interested in starting a league, call the YMCA at 564-9477 for details.

Racquetball Player's Tournments
|
|
We’ve scheduled our annual Turkey Shoot Racquetball Tournament for Friday and Saturday, November 16th & 17th. This year, the Turkey Shoot winner will also be crowned 2007 City Champion. These tournaments are open to both Y members and non-members.

Beginning Adult Racquetball Lessons

YMCA members can reserve racquetball courts up to three (3) days in advance. Cancellation of reservations must be made three (3) hours prior to scheduled time or full court fees will be assessed.
Racquetball/Handball Perm Time
Court time on the racquetball courts may be reserved for 6 to 12 weeks of play on the same day and the same hour. A small fee is charged for this service. All fees must be paid when arranging day & time. Call the YMCA at 564-9477.

Introduction to Handball

It doesn’t get any better than this! ! The YMCA, in conjunction with the Columbus Handball Association, is inviting everyone to come and find out what it’s all about! Learn basic handball skills from our own top players in the state. Start to experience the game that will get you moving. Give it a try-sign up today! Area youth are invited to participate. It’s never too early to work on the basic motion & coordination skills that can be incorporated into all activities.

This league provides regular handball matches for the advanced, intermediate and novice players. The session will include competitive match play and great exercise. Join today and you will be ready to compete in the City Handball Championships.

Additional court fee charged at time of match. All racquetball & handball league fees must be paid for at the time of registration. No players accepted without proper fee being paid.

WHEN: Beginning Saturday, Sep. 8, 2007
TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Odd number Saturdays, 1st, 3rd & 5th of month. Racquetball is from 9:00-11:00 a.m.; handball from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Even number Saturdays 2nd & 4th of month. Handball is from 9:00-11:00 a.m.; racquetball from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
FEE: $1.00 per player for two-hour segment.
First two players to pay, play one game to 11. Winner stays, next challenger in line goes in, play one game to ll. Winner stays as long as he/she keeps winning or chooses to sit out, then goes to end of line. Order of arrival and paying determines order of play.
