Our aquatic facilities include a fully functional pool, hot tub, and spacious locker rooms which include a sauna. The pool includes recreational swim and adult lap swim. Swim classes are available for toddlers, youth, private, or adults. Don't forget about diaper dips and the swim team.

A lifeguard is on duty during all recreational swims. (Children 6 years and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.) Youth under 18 years of age must swim during these available hours. Please check calendars at front desk for more accurate times.

Adults: No swimming alone! Please use the buddy system for your own safety.
Youth: No swimming without a lifeguard.

The YMCA whirlpool spa is located in the pool area and access is through the locker rooms. The spa is open to adult members and is available during most regular building hours. You are asked to follow these rules:

Minimum of 2 adults in spa at all times.

Shower required prior to use.

15 minute maximum use.

Swimwear required.

No food or drink
Persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure or pregnant should NOT use the spa.

Swim Team (5-18 Year Olds)
|

Youth wishing to participate on the YMCA swim team must be a member of the YMCA and be able to swim 25 yards (one length) freestyle and 25 yards backstroke. This program offers young swimmers a chance to improve their individual skills with emphasis on fun, stroke instruction and endurance while enjoying sportsmanship and competition. Practice will begin September 2, 2008 and the season ends March 6, 2009. For more information, ask the service desk for the swim team handbook. Team swimsuits may be purchased through the swim coach.
