Aerobics/Cardio


   Step Aerobics
This class will take you from your first experience in a step class to the next level. And just to make it more interesting, we’ll introduce you to double step and some advanced moves. This class will meet for 60 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will consist of some strengthening moves.

   Anything Goes
Try everything from dance, aerobics, step, circuit and more. Great class for cross training.



   Cardio Mix & Y-Ba Class
Y-Ba is a YMCA Latin Dancing class. There will be very simple to follow moves to some ethnic music. Other styles of classes will be added for variety.

   Power Pump
This is a class designed to feel like you’re working out in the weight room. Great for men and women. The benefits of strength training include increase muscular strength, increase in tendon, bone and ligament strength. Increase muscle size and tone. Strength training also is a great BOOST for your metabolism. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn even at rest.
