New Cycling Room
Starting Sept. 2nd all of our cycling classes will be in a racquetball court. No worries - the door will be a little bigger!

Group cycling is an aerobic/anaerobic workout on a stationary bike in a class atmosphere. A qualified instructor leads the group in a workout designed for all ages & fitness levels. LIMIT: 15 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS. Can only miss 2 times or will lose bike to next person on waiting list. Bring your water bottles & towels.

  Group Cycling Basic

This group cycling class is geared to beginners and participants wanting a great workout at a lower intensity.


This group cycling class is geared to that Baby Boomer generation (1946-1964). Listen to some great music and get a great workout.

  Cycling 101

This short course offers an introduction to indoor cycling. Through this 30 minute class you will learn:

1) When the classes are offered
2) What is offered
3) Where it takes place
4) How it can benefit you
