Youth are our business and children are a vital part of the YMCA. However, our adult fitness classes are exactly that, ADULT Fitness Classes. We would appreciate that all children (grade school age and under) be supervised in OTHER areas of the YMCA or please take advantage of our FREE baby-sitting during adult fitness classes.
Thank You - YMCA Staff

The YMCA Wellness Center & Cardio Room are the places to be for the newest & latest exercise equipment. Our new Nautilus Treadmills & Ellipticals are excellent choices for a great cardiovascular workout. The Wellness Center is full of new Nautilus Nitro Plus weight equipment to add to your exercise program for a totally trim you. The YMCA is also featuring the NuStep®. It is a recumbent cross trainer that works all major muscle groups from a seated position. The chair swivels, which allows easier access to the machine. The YMCA Cardio Center includes several Quinton and Stairmaster treadmills, as well as Tectrix Stairsteppers and PRECOR Elliptical Cross trainers, a Stairmaster Stepmill and a variety of stationary bikes including a recumbent bike. The Wellness Center also includes a wide range of free weight equipment including Hammer Strength. Both centers are open during regular building hours.
There is no time limit on machines because we now have 44 cardio machines.
NOTE: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. are low usage times for the Cardio Center. If you are having trouble getting on a machine, please consider a change of workout time without the wait.
