Every YMCA member gets an orientation with a trainer after joining. For your convenience, we have trainers available during the week to teach you how to use the equipment properly. You can always call Jen Brownlow to set up an appointment to meet your needs. Trainer hours are posted in the Weight Room or at the Front Desk.
