The instructor will give you a total body workout using floor mats, resistance bands, stretch bars and Resist-a-Balls. Pilates will improve your core by developing better flexibility, developing firmer and more powerful muscles, sculpting long, lean muscles and improving posture and body alignment. Come to class and feel the best you’ve ever felt. Pi-Flow is a faster paced Pilates that includes a little cardio for the beginner and advanced.

Stretching & Beyond

Stretching is an important component to any exercise program. It enhances relaxation, it increases flexibility and it is the body’s way of recharging. If your goal is to increase your flexibility, 20 minutes of cardio exercise before the class is recommended. If your goal is to simply relax and recharge, then come as you are. Music and dim lights are incorporated to allow concentration for maximum benefits. Comfortable apparel should be worn to allow proper, unconfined movement. This class is great for all ages and a great class if you are suffering any joint or back problems!
