   Aqua Sampler
Come try some of the many forms of water exercise. Shallow water aerobics, deep water running, kickboxing, even Pilates, can all be done in the water. We’ll explore these and others in this unique aqua exercise class.

   Tone & Talk (Water Exercise)
This exercise class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, your strength, flexibility and improve muscle tone, all without the aches and pains that sometimes occur when beginning a new program. Water exercise is beneficial for people with joint and muscular problems, arthritis and is an excellent program for pregnant women. A big asset to this program is that the participants do not need to know how to swim and water temperature is kept at 86-88 degrees. A shower cap or swim cap may be worn to protect hair. Seniors take advantage of this FREE class.

TIME: 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.
FEE: Senior Member – FREE (If not signed up for Start & Stay Fit/SilverSneakers)
