   Aqua Sampler
The Aqua Sampler is a great cardio workout in the deep water. If you’re having trouble with your knees, arms, back or anything else; this class is just what you need. We do a lot of great cardio with low impact; we’ll mix it up and a have a lot of fun!

DAYS: Monday & Wednesday
TIMES: 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.

DAYS: Monday & Wednesday
TIMES: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

   Tone & Talk
This exercise class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and improve muscle tone, all without the aches and pains that sometimes occur when beginning a new program. Water exercise is beneficial for people with joint or muscle discomfort, arthritis and excellent for pregnant women! Tone and Talk is all taken place in the shallow water, so swimming and getting your hair wet are optional!

TIME: 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.
