Strength Training




This program is designed for youth in Grades 6-8 to help them learn about the basics of strength training. Participants will learn the purpose and technique of strength development. Participants will be issued a T-shirt allowing them access to the weight room and cardio room.

Participants must attend all dates of the session.

SESSION III: Jan. 23 – Jan. 30, 2010 (LIMIT 12)
DAY: Saturday
TIME: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

SESSION IV: Mar. 16 – Mar. 25, 2010 (LIMIT 12)
DAY: Tuesday & Thursday
TIME: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

FEE: Members - $40.00 Non-members $40.00
