Strength Training




This program is designed for youth in Grades 7-8 to help them learn about the basics of strength training. Participants will learn the purpose and technique of strength development. Participants will be issued a T-shirt allowing them access to the WEIGHT ROOM This class is for YMCA members ONLY. Participants must attend all 5 dates of the session.

SESSION I:
Sept 30-Oct 28, 2008

TIME: 4:00-5:00 p.m.

SESSION II:
Oct 2- Oct 30, 2008
DAY: Thursday
TIME: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
