Fitness   YMCA Cardio/Wellness Centers   CPR Classes

Current Fitness Schedule

All participants will need to sign in daily in their respective room. For limited classes (Body Pump, Muscle Mania, and Cycling), classes are open to members first. If there is a spot open and a non-member pays for the spot, they can take the class. If a member shows up late for a class, you run the risk of the class being full. Instructors need to have 6 participants regularly signed in for the class for the class to continue. This will be looked at in the first 2 weeks of class or even periodically throughout a season.

Any cancelations due to weather – please call the YMCA before you come to class or listen to KLIR.

All members need to bring their Y-Cards so that they can scan them and go right to class. All non-members need to pay at front desk before class.
