Strength Training




This program is designed for youth in Grades 6-8 to help them learn about the basics of strength training. Participants will learn the purpose and technique of strength development. Participants will be issued a T-shirt allowing them access to the weight room and cardio room.

Participants must attend all dates of the session.

SESSION I: May 22, 2010 (one day only)
TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

SESSION II: Jun. 7 – Jun. 11, 2010
TIME: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

SESSION III: Jun. 21 – Jun. 25, 2010
TIME: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

SESSION IV: Jul. 12 – Jun. 16, 2010
TIME: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

FEE: Members - $40.00 Non-members $40.00
