Fitness Classes


Days, times, and classes are subject to change based on instructor availability and class
Schedules & Descriptions available at the YMCA or on our website:
● Classes are Free to YMCA Members
● Non-Members pay a day pass to take classes
● Adult Fitness Classes are for High School and older
● Youth in middle school/junior high must be accompanied with an adult to take a class.
Successful completion of Youth Strength Training Class and wearing their YMCA Muscle
shirt allows them to take classes on their own.

Youth are our business and children are a vital part of the YMCA. However, our adult fitness classes are exactly that, ADULT Fitness Classes. We would appreciate that all children (grade school age and under) be supervised in OTHER areas of the YMCA or please take advantage of our FREE Childwatch during adult fitness classes.
