Strong kids campaign

The Strong Kids Campaign is our annual support campaign that raises funds to enable the YMCA to provide memberships and programs to those in our community facing challenges and difficulties that prohibit them from paying full price for the YMCA.

This sustaining campaign extends our mission and purpose and allows us to connect volunteers, members, donors and staff. This campaign helps us meet our charitable role as a 501c3 not-for-profit organization. All of these funds that are raised go right back to youth and families in our community. Everything stays local. All donations are tax-deductible.

Membership dues and program fees do not cover all costs to support our vital community programs. We invite your support to insure that no one is denied a chance to participate because of an inability to pay.

The Columbus Family YMCA Board of Directors believes that no one should be denied access to our programs and services for financial reasons. Funds donated to the Strong Kids Campaign help make that a reality.

SERVING OUR COMMUNITY

Each year The Columbus Family YMCA collaborates with other non-profit agencies, human service organizations and schools to help each of us address community needs. The YMCA provides over $100,000 in resources, staff and facility in these community partnerships. Continued support of the Strong Kids Campaign helps us be able to continue these collaborations.
